Le Meridien Bora Bora was fantastic and a real high quality experience. It felt very European and Polynesian all in one, and it wasn't pretentious in the least. The staff were responsive, polite, warm, and terrific as were the other attributes, like the food! Oh, my God, the food was amazing! And so beautifully served! It was like eating in an exotic 5 star restaurant buffet. Everything about Le Meridien just wowed me from the gorgeous huge lodges with grass roofs, to the clean, spacious overwater bungalow we stayed in with the incredible view and the glass floor! So fabulous! It was a great place to stay for our first time in Bora Bora together. It was like being on our honeymoon and we didn't even have to get married! The resort grounds had such beautiful palms and beaches, too... and an inlet to explore and wade through. My favorite thing about Le Meridien besides our bungalow and the impossibly clear water were the sea turtles in the lagoon turtle sanctuary that we got to swim with! What a treat! They'd come swimming up to the edge of the restaurant at breakfast and I tell you, that was intriguing! And then there was the shark and ray feeding, which was also spectacular! I recommend Le Meridien to anyone looking to experience some next-level beauty, fascination, and closeness to nature in the coolest way. There is no place as beautiful and amazing as Bora Bora!
